Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-010 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR SECTION 01 UNPLATTED (S. CR 27) STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #26-07 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Section 01 <br />Unplatted (S. CR 27) subdivision as identified within the 2026 – 2035 Capital Improvement <br />Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-082, adopted April 22, <br />2025, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk Anderson for <br />topographic survey of the project area in the amount of $6,728.50; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-101, adopted May 13, <br />2025, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, <br />Inc. for geotechnical survey of the project area in the amount of $9,895.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-141, adopted June 24, <br />2025, the Ramsey City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br />Section 01 Unplatted (S. CR 27) Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #26-07; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of <br />advertising for bids for Section 01 (S. CR 27) Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #26- <br />07. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves plans and specifications prepared by the City <br />Engineer and authorizes advertisement for bids for said improvements as City <br />Improvement Project #26-07, Section 01 Unplatted (S. CR 27) Street Reconstructions. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Buscher, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
