RESOLUTION #26-020 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Council hereby grants approval of the Preliminary Plat for OShaughnessy Third Addition in accordance <br />with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Approval from the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization, if applicable. <br />b) The Applicant will enter into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />c) Removal of encroaching driveways on the Subject Property. <br />d) Scheduling a public hearing for vacating existing platted drainage and utility easements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ______________, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 10th day of <br />February 2026. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
