Development of <br />the property with twinhomes will require an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to change the <br />land use from Places to Shop to Medium Density Residential. The Comprehensive Plan <br />amendment, if approved, would be followed up with a rezoning of the property from B-2 Business <br />to Planned Unit Development (PUD), as required by the Mississippi River Overlay District <br />regulations (discussed below). <br /> <br />-221- <br />
