<br />SECTION 7. TERM <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The term of this Ordinance shall be for a period of three months from and after February l5, 2007. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. PENAL TIES <br /> <br />Any person, firm, entity or corporation that undertakes any development activity in violation of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to any additional <br />legal or equitable remedies available to the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #07-_, which has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly infonp.ing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />Interim Ordinance #07-~ establishes a moratorium on all subdivision and platting in the R-l Rural <br />Developing District in the City of Ramsey. The purpose of the moratorium is to protect the City's <br />planning process and the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens and consider the development <br />standards for the R -1 Rural Developing District. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and thirty (30) days after publication according to <br />law, subject to Charter Provision, Section 5.04. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota on the _th day of January, <br /> <br />2007. <br /> <br />Thomas G.
