Bunker Lake Boulevard <br />April 2, 2025 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />o We will prepare stormwater calculations for roadway improvements and implement <br />storm sewer infrastructure improvements as needed. <br />• Stormwater Related - Stormwater design will include the following: <br />o Gather the permitting history in the area and update the regional modeling to <br />include adjacent developments, current Bunker Lake Boulevard storm sewer <br />alignments, and regional stormwater management, <br />o Verify existing stormwater management system design and proposed additional <br />stormwater management systems, as needed, <br />o Design stormwater management systems to ensure rate control, volume control, <br />and water quality standards are met, <br />o Develop proposed conditions MnDOT State Aid Hydraulics submittal, and <br />o Develop and secure LRRWMO Stormwater Management and Erosion Control <br />Permit. <br />• Reviews — We will review the final documents with the City and make revisions as needed. <br />• Permits and Utilities — We have assumed permits/approvals will be required as follows: <br />o Mn DOT State Aid, <br />o Anoka County, <br />o Lower Rum River Watershed Management Permit (New Impervious greater than 1 <br />acre), and <br />o NPDES (Contractor Obtained). <br />• Bidding — We will work with the City to solicit bids for the work. <br />• Construction — Our proposal does not include time after bid opening. A separate proposal <br />can be provided at a later date for construction -related services. <br />PROPOSED FEES <br />The fees listed in the attached spreadsheet are estimates based on each task.
