ORDINANCE #26-02 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REPLACING CHAPTER 10 FOR ANIMAL <br />REGULATIONS <br />The City Council of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT <br />The current City Code Chapter 10 is hereby repealed and replaced with the contents found in <br />Attachment A to this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #26-02 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance: <br />"The purpose of this ordinance #26-02 is to repeal and replace the entirety of Chapter 10 (Animal <br />Code)." <br />SECTION 4.
