V. Nuisances such as noise and odors or anything classified as a nuisance in City Code. <br />vi. Aesthetics, including the appearance of the property and structure where an WW animal is <br />kept. <br />vii. Compliance with all sections of this Code. <br />viii. Regulations of the state department of natural resources, United States Department of <br />Agriculture, United States Fish and Wildlife I or any other governmental agency. <br />ix. Nature and characteristics of each type of animal being proposed :o be kept on the property, <br />such as its size, strength, disposition, and its ability to harm a person or property. <br />X. Other criteria found relevant by the city. <br />e. Following an inspection of the property proposed to be licensed while accompanied by a licensed <br />veterinarian, the zening - dims*~-, animal control officer shall make a recommendation to the city <br />council to approve or deny the application. <br />f. Public hearing notice mailing distance is 350 feel <br />g. The city council shall hold a public hearing and make the final decision on the application. The non- <br />traditional animal license is approved by the city council by resolution. <br />h. The city council may attach reasonable conditions or modifications to the property to mitigate any <br />adverse effects of the site. <br />(3) Term and transfer. The license shall be valid without renewal provided that the applicant complies with <br />the terms of the license. Licenses under this chapter may not be transferred from person to person or <br />from place iLu Niac <br />(4) Revocation. The city council may revoke any license issued under this chapter upon adequate notice and a <br />hearing before the council, if requested, on the following grounds: <br />a. Any violation of this Code; <br />b. Material misstatement or misrepresentation in application for the license; <br />c. Failure to keep the licensee's property in an orderly, aesthetically pleasing manner as prescribed by <br />the city council and/or its designated representative; <br />d.
