Nature and characteristics of each type of animal being proposed :o be kept on the property, <br />such as its size, strength, disposition, and its ability to harm a person or property. <br />X. Other criteria found relevant by the city. <br />e. Following an inspection of the property proposed to be licensed while accompanied by a licensed <br />veterinarian, the zening - dims*~-, animal control officer shall make a recommendation to the city <br />council to approve or deny the application. <br />f. The city council may revoke any license issued under this chapter upon adequate notice and a <br />hearing before the council, if requested, on the following grounds: <br />a. Any violation of this Code; <br />b. Material misstatement or misrepresentation in application for the license; <br />c. Failure to keep the licensee's property in an orderly, aesthetically pleasing manner as prescribed by <br />the city council and/or its designated representative; <br />d.
