1 e. Following an inspection of the property proposed to be licensed while accompanied by a licensed <br />2 veterinarian, the animal control officer shall make a recommendation to the city council to approve <br />3 or deny the application. <br />4 f. Public hearing notice mailing distance is 350 feet. <br />5 g. The city council shall hold a public hearing and make the final decision on the application. The non- <br />6 traditional animal license is approved by the city council by resolution. <br />7 h. The city council may attach reasonable conditions or modifications to the property to mitigate any <br />8 adverse effects of the site. <br />9 (3) Term and transfer. The license shall be valid without renewal provided that the applicant complies with <br />10 the terms of the license. Licenses under this chapter may not be transferred from person to person or <br />11 from place to place. <br />12 (4) Revocation. The city council may revoke any license issued under this chapter upon adequate notice and a <br />13 hearing before the council, if requested, on the following grounds: <br />14 a. Any violation of this Code; <br />15 b. Material misstatement or misrepresentation in application for the license; <br />16 c. Failure to keep the licensee's property in an orderly, aesthetically pleasing manner as prescribed by <br />17 the city council and/or its designated representative; <br />18 d.
