<br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />CLERK'S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF <br />VACATION PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br />To the Anoka County, Minnesota Auditor. <br /> <br />NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to MSA 412.851 and by attached Certification of <br />Ordinance dated December 12, 2006, the City of Ramsey has vacated the following legally <br />described and dedicated drainage and utility easement to wit: <br /> <br />A vacating of part of the drainage and utility easement as platted on Lot 20, Block 3, THE <br />PONDS OF RAMSEY, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the northwest comer of said Lot 20; thence on an assumed bearing of <br />South 71 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds East along the north line of said Lot 20 a <br />distance of 54.14 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 03 degrees 16 minutes 14 <br />seconds West a distance of 88.87 feet; thence North 75 degrees 34 minutes 05 seconds <br />West a distance of 4.29 feet; thence northerly a distance of 17.85 feet along a tangential <br />curve concave to the northeast having a radius of 11.50 feet and a central angle of 88 <br />degrees 55 minutes 55 seconds; thence North 13 degrees 21 minutes 50 seconds West <br />tangent to last described curve a distance of75.91 feet JO the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br /> <br />~)~~\\)'~ <br />i <br />\ <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA } <br />} ss. <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA } <br /> <br />On this d'-\ day of ~~\..-? -t , 2007, before me, a Notary Public, personally appeared <br />JoAnn M.
