Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-027 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE DESIGN SERVICES PROPOSAL FROM BOLTON & <br />MENK FOR MSA BUNKER LAKE BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION, <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #26-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Bunker Lake Boulevard between <br />Armstrong Boulevard and 600 feet west of Jackal Street in 2026 as identified within the 2026- <br />2035 10-Year Capital Improvement Program: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #25-081, adopted April 22, 2025, the Ramsey City <br />Council accepted a proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. to prepare final plans and specifications <br />for MSA Bunker Lake Boulevard Reconstruction, Improvement Project #26-01 for the not-to- <br />exceed amount of $118,347.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during project design several unforeseen plan revisions where necessary to <br />coordinate the final plans with developers, the city, and Anoka County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. has submitted a proposal for the additional design <br />services for said improvements for $27,808.00. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby directs the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the <br />proposal amendment from Bolton & Menk, Inc. to prepare final plans and specifications <br />for MSA Bunker Lake Boulevard Reconstruction, Improvement Project #26-01 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br /> <br />
