Once the permit is approved, work may proceed. When photos of the completed project are submitted, a <br />certificate of compliance will be issued. Local officials may enter the property, during normal business <br />hours, for up to three years after the date of the certificate of compliance to verify that the restored site is <br />being maintained consistent with the conditions of approval. <br />
