Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-046 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES LICENSE <br />NO. UWAT014269 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey must execute License No. UWAT014269 with the <br />Minnesota Depailinent of Natural Resources before its municipal trunk water supply system can <br />be extended further north by crossing under Trott Brook, a water of the state; and <br />WHEREAS, the Trott Brook Crossing residential development is proposed to be served <br />with a looped municipal water supply system that will require the extension of municipal trunk <br />watermain along CSAH 5/Nowthen Boulevard and under Trott Brook. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby directs the City Administrator to execute License <br />No. UWAT014269 with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources effective <br />December 15, 2025, and expiring December 14, 2075, for and on behalf of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
