HW CONSTRUCTION <br />v <br />GMP SUBMITTAL <br />Alternates <br />Alternate 1: "Exterior Pole Mounted Lighting" - (Note 005 on Sheet E001). <br />A. Base Bid: No work shall be performed — eliminate all associated work conduits, <br />foundations, poles, and light fixtures. <br />B. Alternate: Provide all work (labor and materials complete) to construct and install (4) "x- <br />a" exterior pole mounted light fixtures. See Light Fixture Schedule on Sheet E000. <br />C. The bid value of Alternate 1 is $25,750.00. <br />D. This alternate is NOT included in the Base Bid GMP <br />Alternate 2: "Expand Irrigation System Around 7-acre Pond". <br />A. Base Bid: No work shall be performed. <br />B. Alternate: Provide all work (labor and materials complete) to construct and install the <br />expanded irrigation system including zones 13-16. Refer to irrigation plans for <br />demarcation line indicating the base scope versus the expanded scope. <br />C. The bid value of Alternate 2 is $30,739.00. <br />D.
