PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission conducted a regular meeting on January 8, 2026, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Acting Chair Nathan Barten <br />Commissioner Garth Anderson <br />Commissioner Todd Arts <br />Commissioner Shane Bennett <br />Commissioner Dean Olson <br />Commission Members Absent: Chair Megan Ealain <br />Also Present: <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />City Council Liaison Kirsten Buscher <br />Parks & Assistant Public Works Director Mark Riverblood <br />Recreation Coordinator Abby Proulx <br />Acting Chair Barten called the Park and Recreation Commission meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />2. CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />3. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Parks & Assistant Public Works Director Riverblood asked to reverse the order of the Commission <br />Business items on the agenda. <br />Motion by Commissioner Bennett, seconded by Commissioner Olson, to approve the Park and <br />Recreation Commission meeting agenda as amended. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chair Barten; Commissioners Bennett, Olson, Anderson, and <br />Arts. Voting No: None. Absent: Chair Ealain. <br />4.
