NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Preliminary Plat for <br />OShaughnessy Third Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />a) Approval from the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization, if applicable. <br />b) The Applicant will enter into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />c) Removal of encroaching driveways on the Subject Property. <br />d) Scheduling a public hearing for vacating existing platted drainage and utility easements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Buscher, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 10 day of February, 2026. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #26-020 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
