These additional services involve tasks that were <br />not within the scope of the original Agreement or Amendment No. 1. <br /> <br />This Amendment No.2, made and entered into as of the date formalized at the end of this <br />document, amends the original Agreement approv'ed'on December 8, 2004, as modified by <br />Amendment No. 1 approved on November 9, 2006; as hereinafter stated. Our Amended Project <br />Fee Estimate showing the estimated additional hours ,and compensation is attached: <br /> <br />I.
