<br /> <br />Mayor Heineman acknowledged the situation is difficult and unpleasant and said he believes most <br />people dislike the current circumstances. He said he is open to conversations grounded in mutual <br />respect, assuming good faith, and avoiding false assumptions about intent. He reiterated his <br />willingness to meet with residents after the meeting and shared his personal contact information. <br />He concluded by stating that public comment had concluded, that the Council would discuss how <br />to address the issue in the future, and thanked residents for attending and participating. <br /> <br />5.
