Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #26-055 RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AGREEMENTS FOR MSA BUNKER LAKE BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #26-01 WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Bunker Lake Boulevard between 600 feet west of Jackal Street NW and Armstrong Boulevard NW; and th WHEREAS, the property owner at 8341 147 Lane NW, Ramsey, Minnesota agrees to be assessed for the necessary Bunker Lake Boulevard Improvement Project at a cost up to $54,234.69; and WHEREAS, the property owner at 14800 Ferret Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota agrees to be assessed for the necessary Bunker Lake Boulevard Improvement Project at a cost up to $32,114.59; and WHEREAS, the property owner at 14799 Jackal Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota agrees to be assessed for the necessary Bunker Lake Boulevard Improvement Project at a cost up to $49,620.36; and WHEREAS, the City is willing to levy such costs to the aforementioned properties. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) The City Council hereby approves the assessment of up to $54,234.69, plus interest, as th detailed within the Assessment Agreement for 8341 147 Lane NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, contingent upon the property owner entering into said Assessment Agreement. 2) The City Council hereby approves the assessment of up to $32,114.59, plus interest, as detailed within the Assessment Agreement for 14800 Ferret Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, contingent upon the property owner entering into said Assessment Agreement. 3) The City Council hereby approves the assessment of up to $49,620.36, plus interest, as detailed within the Assessment Agreement for 14799 Jackal Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, contingent upon the property owner entering into said Assessment Agreement.
