<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-230 adopted September <br />23, 2025, Construction Contingency Expense No. 10 was approved in the amount of $61,773.53; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-242 adopted October 14, <br />2025, Construction Contingency Expense No. 11 was approved in the amount of $76,070.79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-279 adopted November 25, <br />2025, Construction Contingency Expense No. 12 was approved in the amount of $24,544.19; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, AE2S has identified additional items requiring adjustments during <br />construction under Construction Contingency Expense No. 13 in the amount of $2,383.10. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to execute Construction <br />1) <br />Contingency Expense No. 13 for Improvement Project #21-09 in the amount of $2,383.10 <br />for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Buscher, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution #26-060 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
