<br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-01-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF $955,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION TAX <br />INCREMENT REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 2007B <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has an upco.ming issuance o.f appro.ximately $955,000 General Obligatio.n Tax <br />Increment Refunding Bo.nds, Series 2007B (the "Bo.nds") and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to. effectuate the transactio.n with No.rthland Securities Inc, when the <br />financing plan and do.cuments are in place and market co.nditions are appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City Council is hereby autho.rized to. appro.ve the sale o.f certain Bo.nds to. No.rthland <br />Securities when market conditio.ns warrant and o.n such date and at such time as <br />Northland Securities, Inc advises. <br /> <br />2.
