<br />e--/~ <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-01-XX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #07-02 (SEALCOAT ANDCRACKFILL OF STREETS IN <br />RIVERWOOD HILLS PLAT 1) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted December 12, <br />2006, a feasibility study for the 2007 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve <br />Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to hnprovement Project #07-02 (Sea1coat and Crackfill <br />of the streets in the Riverwood Hills Plat 1 subdivision including the streets more specifically <br />described below: and, <br />177th Ave. from <br />177th Ave. from <br />177th Ave. from <br />177th Lane from <br />Argon S1. from <br />Cobalt S1. from <br />Erkium S1. from <br />Fluorine S1. from <br /> <br />Cobalt St. <br />Argon S1. <br />Erkium St. <br />Fluorine St. <br />177th Ave. <br />177th Ave. <br />179th Lane <br />179th Lane <br /> <br />to Argon St. <br />to a point 400 ft east <br />to Cobalt St <br />to Erkium St <br />to cui de sac <br />to Argon S1. <br />to 177th Ave. <br />to 177th Lane <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report was provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and <br />sea1coating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br />$20,010. <br /> <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of <br />February, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center located at 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and <br />published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-01-XXX <br />Page 1 of2 <br /> <br />-123- <br />
