Bulbs <br />emitting in excess of3000 lumens (150 watts) shall be <br />directed so that the bulb is not visible from off the property <br />where the light source is located. <br /> <br />e. Exterior Building Materials. <br /> <br />1. The type of building materials used on exterior walls on all <br />structures in the R-I Residential District shall be face brick, <br />natural stone, stucco, aluminum, steel, or vinyl siding, <br />wood, masonite products or other compatible residential <br />materials that may be approved by the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 3: SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #07-_ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #07-_ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 <br />(Zoning and Subdivision of Land), Section 9.20.11 (R-l Residential District) to amend <br />bulk standards and performance standards for the R -I Residential - Rural Developing <br />District.
