The permit is limited to a two (2) year period with the understanding that the use of the site
for the second year requires the installation of pavement.

Recommendation:

This property is currently for sale and thus, the future status of both current and prospective tenants,
including R V Wodd, Inc is uncertain. -Considering this, Staff has revised the proposed Interim Use
Permit to incorporate the provisions suggested by the Planning Commission and recommends
approving the request.

Council Action:

Motion to adopt Findings ofF act # _ relating to a request from R V Wodd, Inc. for an Interim Use
Permit for outdoor storage on the property at 6300 Bunker Lake Blvd NW;

-and-

Motion to adopt Resolution #07-01-_ declaring terms of the Interim Use Permit to allow for
outdoor storage on the property at 6300 Bunker Lake Blvd NW, based on the findings offact.

-or-

Motion to deny the interim use permit based on fIndings of fact.

Review Checklist: , T);1" 0 ~
Asst.
