<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-01- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE IN THE E-l EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, RV World, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied <br />to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit (permit) for outdoor storage of <br />Recreational Vehicles (RVs) and travel trailers on the property located at 6300 Bunker Lake Blvd <br />NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Tract C Registered Land Survey No. 30, except the west 169.41 feet thereof, together <br />with Tract E of said Registered Land Survey, subject to easement of record, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on January 23, 2007 to review the request for an <br />interim use permit for outdoor storage on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 07-01-_ adopting Findings of Fact <br /># _ relating to the Applicant's request for a Permit to allow outdoor storage in the E-l <br />Employment district. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) This permit is denied pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code, based on <br />Findings ofFact#_. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 23rd day of January, 2007. <br /> <br />-306- <br />
