<br />Assistant Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik indicated she believes the distance <br />requirement is a one mile radius. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt pointed out the location of this tower is being done as an accommodation to the <br />City to allow land use the City is moving forward; they are trading one tower for another.
