<br />REC'O JAN 16 2007 <br /> <br />Petition for feasibility study of water and sewer proiect for a portion of <br />150th Ln and Helium St. of Pondvale Estates in Ramsey <br /> <br />We the undersigned would like to move forward with a feasibility study for a water and <br />sewer project for a portion of 150th Ln and Helium St. . <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey has a developer, GM Homes, constructing a project just north of the <br />of Helium St. and up to the south side of Alpine Blvd. Helium Street has been extended <br />and currently runs through and connects with Alpine Blvd. <br /> <br />At this time water and sewer extensions ends at the property line of 5600 150th Ln. The <br />new developments' water and sewer ends at the edge of Helium St. That leaves <br />approximately 800' of water and sewer lines to tie the 2 projects together.
