In conjunction with the feasibility study <br />update, we would propose to: <br /> <br />· Revise the bid item unit prices and the estimated construction costs for each <br />improvement to reflect the current bidding market; <br />· Revise the trunk and lateral sanitary sewer and watermain hook-up charges to <br />reflect the City's current rates; <br />· Update the proposed assessment rates for streets and storm sewer improvements; <br />· Update the proposed project schedule; and <br />· Improve the quality of the exhibits. <br /> <br />If you have questions>, need additional information or wish to discuss this matter in <br />greater detail, please contact me.
