<br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-0l-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO.2 WITH TKDA FOR <br />RAMSEY BOULEVARD IMPROVMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #06-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has entered into a contract with TKDA for design <br />services for the Ramsey Town Center AUAR Regional Roadway Improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the scope letter provided with the contract specified additional services <br />would be required to complete construction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has approved Amendment No.1 for this contract; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, TKDA has submitted Amendment No.2 detailing the proposed services <br />necessary to respond to scope changes and initiate application for a railroad Quiet Zone. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />The City Council authorizes Contract Amendment No.2 for Improvement Project #06-20 <br />with TKDA in the amount of$17,920. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 09th day of January, 2007. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 07-01-xxx <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />-367- <br />
