<br />TRANSITION TEAM <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Transition Team conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, December 28,2006, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550Sunwood Boulevard, NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />eity-Administrator,Jim-NDrman <br />Assistant City Administrator, Heidi Nelson <br />Fire Chief, Dean Kapler <br />Finance Officer, Diana Lund <br />Community Development Director, Patrick Trudgeon <br />Public Works Director, Brian Olson <br />Human Resources Manager, Givolllla Reed Kone <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Transition Team was called to order at 3:00 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig seconded by Councilmember Olson to approve the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Elvig and Olson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Topic #1: <br /> <br />Discussion Regarding Project Management <br /> <br />The group reviewed City Administrator Norman's updated project list. City Administrator <br />Norman suggested that annual updates be conducted on the fiscal impact study. There was some <br />discussion regarding whether the City should continue to use HKG or consider doing the updates <br />in-house. City Administrator Norman further suggested that Ramsey Crossings be added to the <br />fiscal impact study. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman noted that there would be a memo to Council in the Weekly Update <br />regarding the Connexus billing error.
