AET Proposal for 2026 Geotechnical and Construction Testing Services <br />City of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />February 16, 2026 <br />Our primary field staff for servicing City of Ramsey projects will include: <br />Reice Golden — Technician III <br />Reice is a field technician with 5 years of experience working on both commercial and transportation <br />projects providing soils testing, concrete testing, reinforcing steel observations, and bituminous testing. <br />Reice will serve as the primary field technician for street and utility improvement project testing needs. <br />He holds various MnDOT technical certifications that make him an asset to the project team for the City <br />of Ramsey along with his experience servicing city and state funded projects. <br />Randahl Liebelt — Field Engineer <br />"Randy" is a Field Engineer with 8 years of experience working on commercial, transportation, and <br />MnDOT projects. Randy has served as a field inspector on several large highway projects. He has <br />experience in soils testing, concrete testing, reinforcing steel observations, and bituminous testing. He <br />also has experience in soils observations and test roll observations and will provide these services to <br />the city on an as needed basis. <br />STATEMENT OF FEES <br />Our 2026 Fee Schedule for the City of Ramsey is included as an Appendix. <br />TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />All AET Services are provided subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth in the enclosed <br />Construction Service Agreement —Terms and Conditions, which, upon acceptance of this proposal, are <br />binding upon you as the Client requesting Services, and your successors, assignees, joint ventures and <br />third -party beneficiaries. Please be advised that additional insured status is granted only upon written <br />acceptance of the proposal. <br />12 <br />
