His current focus is on concrete and soil testing, <br />with plans to further broaden his expertise across additional inspection <br />disciplines. Reice performs quality control field and laboratory testing of <br />construction materials, including soils, concrete, masonry, and <br />bituminous materials. His responsibilities also include field inspections of <br />reinforcing steel and anchor bolt installations, along with the observation <br />and inspection of deep foundation stabilization systems. Dedicated to <br />accuracy and quality, Reice ensures that all materials and construction <br />activities meet project specifications and industry standards through <br />thorough testing, detailed documentation, and field verification. <br />Relevant Project Experience <br />Ramsey Water Treatment Plant, Ramsey, MN 2023-2025 <br />New Water treatment facility built next to the public works <br />building.Reice worked with Magney Construction and AE2S to perform <br />soils, concrete, reinforcing steel and adhesive anchor inspections <br />throughout the years of construction. <br />Oak Grove Fire Station, Oak Grove, MN 2025-Present <br />A new fire station currently being built. Reice has worked with project <br />inspection staff to perform soils, concrete, and reinforcing steel <br />inspections <br />Waterfront Village, Ramsey, MN 2024-Present <br />New townhouse development. Reice performed soils, concrete, and <br />bituminous materials testing to verify compliance with project <br />specifications and quality standards. <br />Trott Brook Development, Ramsey, MN <br />2023-Present <br />New residential development. Reice performed soils, concrete, and <br />bituminous materials testing to verify compliance with project <br />specifications and quality standards. <br />Lynwood Development, Ramsey, MN <br />2022 <br />New townhouse development.
