CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: <br />5. 12. <br />03/10/2026 <br />Create a positive image for residential neighborhoods, business districts and key <br />corridors. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #26-064 Adopting the Improving the Image of Ramsey Along the Highway 10 Corridor Policy. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />At the February 10, 2026, work session, the Council provided consensus to prepare a proactive Code <br />Enforcement plan to help implement the Council's strategic goal of improving the image of Ramsey along the <br />Highway 10 corridor. The proposed plan addresses the aesthetics of business properties south of the BNSF <br />Railroad, all of which are visible from Highway 10 or one of the frontage roads (including Riverdale Drive and <br />139th Lane). Staff will focus on the areas that can be seen from the roadways and customer areas. <br />Notification: <br />None required to adopt the policy.
