CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />03/10/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />5. 17. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #26-072 Approving the Final Plat of OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The City Council approved the preliminary plat of OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION at its meeting on <br />February 10, 2026, along with a variance to lot width. The proposed plat is consistent with the approved <br />preliminary plat. Also on the agenda is the public hearing for the easement vacation of an underlying parcel.
