CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />03/10/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />6. 1. <br />Title: <br />PUBLIC HEARING: Adopt Resolution #26-058 Vacating Drainage and Utility Easements in OSHAUGHNESSY <br />ADDITION <br />Purpose/Background: <br />As part of the OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION plat that replats two parcels of record into four lots, the <br />existing perimeter drainage and utility easements on a portion of one of the parcels need to be vacated. New <br />easements will be dedicated with the proposed plat that follows the new lot lines. <br />Notification: <br />Public hearing notices were mailed to property owners 350 feet from the site. A legal notice was published in the <br />Anoka Union Herald Newspaper. Private utility companies were emailed the notice. <br />Some of the private utility companies have noted that they have facilities in the existing easement along St. <br />Francis Blvd. NW.
