ORDINANCE #26-04 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 26 <br />PERTAINING TO TOBACCO PENALTIES AND TOBACCO COMPLIANCE CHECKS <br />The City Council of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT <br />The current City Code Chapter 26, Article XVI on Tobacco, Section 26-749 to Section 26-789, is <br />hereby repealed and replaced with the contents found in Attachment A to this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #26-04 has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance: <br />"The purpose of this Ordinance #26-04 is to repeal and replace Chapter 26, Article XVI, Sections <br />26-749 to 26-789 regarding Tobacco Penalties, Compliance Checks, and Inspections." <br />SECTION 4.
