<br />Councilmember Olson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-09-299 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jerad Dixon was hired as a patrol officer on August 26,2005; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Dixon has successfully completed his one year probationary period as a <br />patrol officer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its September 26, 2006 meeting agreed with <br />staffs recommendation to end the probationary period for Jerad Dixon, effective August 26, <br />2006. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Jerad Dixon, effective August <br />26, 2006. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br />
