<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-12-386 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2006 PAYABLE 2007, EDA TAX LEVY <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the following proposed levy for certified 2006, payable 2007, be levied upon the <br />taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the <br />following purposes: <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED EDA LEVY <br /> <br />$ 393,375 <br /> <br />TOTAL PROPOSED LEVIES <br /> <br />$ 393.375 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before Tuesday, December 28, <br />2006. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />o <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />-327- <br />
