<br /> <br />City of'RJl,msey <br />:Jvt ission Statement <br /> <br />The City Council, Commissions and Staff strive to provide to the citizens of <br />Ramsey, governance which is fiscally stable and provides services at levels and in a <br />manner desired by the citizens. Further, the City Council intends to provide leadership <br />for a proactive organization provided for the benefit of all local constituencies. <br /> <br />Primary 06jectives <br /> <br />. To provide pro-active delivery of municipal services to the citizens for a cost at <br />or below the metropolitan median for delivery of similar 'Services. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. To provide increased aesthetics and amenities in industtial, commercial and <br />residential neighborhoods. <br /> <br />. To provide increased park and natural resource opportunities to the public. <br /> <br />. To provide a consistent level of service to the community in the areas of public <br />works, public safety and general operations. <br /> <br />. To collaborate with other levels of government and service providers to <br />increase the level and quality of service to the community. <br /> <br />. To ensure responsiveness to the public and to foster an atmosphere of <br />communication within and outside of the organization. <br /> <br /> <br />. Actively promote economic development in an effort to expand the tax base <br />and quality employment opportunities. <br />
