Sec. 106-334. - Exterior solid fuel -fired heating devices. <br />(a) <br />Exterior solid fuel -fired heating devices shall be located at least 75 feet from any property line and shall not be <br />located in the front yard. <br />(b) <br />The following materials shall not be used or burned in exterior solid fuel -fired heating devices: Grass, leaves, <br />oils, rubber, plastics, tires, railroad ties, construction debris, and painted or chemically treated materials such as <br />treated lumber, composite shingles, tar paper, insulation composition board, sheetrock, wiring, paint, and <br />hazardous and industrial solid waste. <br />(Ord.
