<br />The public hearing was closed at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order at 7:07 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner VanScoy asked whether the standards for the Public-Quasi Public Zoning District <br />have been published. <br /> <br />Associate Planner DaInes replied the standards are located in Section 9.20.29. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler indicated the list of permitted uses states that a site plan is required for <br />any development in the district and defers to the B-1 Business District for performance standards. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Levine, to recommend that the <br />City Council adopt Findings of Pact favorable of rezoning certain property from R-1 Residential <br />and E-2 Employment to Public-Quasi Public. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Van Scoy, Levine, Cleveland, <br />Hunt, and Trites Rolle. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Brauer. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Levine, to recommend that the <br />City Council introduce an ordinance to rezone properties from R-1 Residential and E-2 <br />Employment to Public-Quasi Public, based on the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
