It is likely that the Foundation may host fundraisingevents at a future time, but it <br />is the Foundations wish to focus on personal solicitations and grants for initial <br />funds, not event fundraising. <br /> <br />Market Research <br /> <br />How Needs will be Identified <br />The City of Ramsey Foundation, Inc. will solicit project needs and desires from the citizen and <br />business community and from City Staff and City Council. <br /> <br />The Foundation will use this input and Foundation Members' ideas to develop a priority project <br />plan and develop a Strategic Plan for each key project we will approach first. <br /> <br />Competition <br />No "competition" exists. The Foundation will work collaboratively with the City and other <br />organizations to provide for community needs as appropriate under the Foundation's mission <br />and By-Laws. <br /> <br />Project Goods and Services <br /> <br />. Description <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Foundation, Inc. will consider the following in formation of a detailed <br />Strategic Plan, which will include individual Project Plans for delivery of approved services. <br /> <br />The Foundation will partner with the City of Ramsey, Ramsey businesses, citizens and other <br />area organizations to receive, review and accept proposals for projects to: <br /> <br />. Support and enhance economic activities (economic development); <br /> <br />. Support and enhance the general welfare of the community and fulfill improvements for the <br />citizens of Ramsey; and <br /> <br />. Work with the City, other organizations and interested citizens/Foundation Members on <br />specific projects to meet the aforementioned objectiv~s. <br /> <br />Obiectives <br /> <br />1.
