Councilmember Stewart introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-062 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />RD <br />FOR “WATERFRONT VILLAGE 3 ADDITION” <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Centra North LLC, hereafter referred to as “Developer”, properly applied for <br />Final Plat approval of the property generally located between Bunker Lake Boulevard and Ramsey <br />Parkway NW, west of Zeolite Street NW, and legally described as: <br /> <br />rd <br />Lots 1 – 10 (inclusive), Block 1, Waterfront Village 3 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />rd <br />Lots 1 – 6 (inclusive), Block 2, Waterfront Village 3 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />rd <br />Lots 1 – 9 (inclusive), Block 3, Waterfront Village 3 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />rd <br />Lots 1 – 7 (inclusive), Block 4, Waterfront Village 3 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />rd <br />Outlots A, B, C, D, E, and F, Waterfront Village 3 Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution #24-041 approving the Preliminary Plat <br />and Site Plan on February 13, 2024; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed final plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat for <br />the third phase of the development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement of <br />rd <br />Waterfront Village 3 Addition, a 32-lot phase of the overall approved preliminary plat, on <br />February 24, 2026. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />rd <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Waterfront Village 3 <br />Addition, contingent upon the following conditions: <br />a) Conformance with Staff review comments and approval of plans by the City Engineer. <br />b) Execution of Development Agreement. <br />c) Approval as to legal form by City Attorney. <br />d) All conditions set forth in the above-described resolutions must be met. <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement <br />rd <br />for Waterfront Village 3 Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to <br />sign it. <br /> <br /> <br />
