4. 1. <br />Economic Development Authority (EDA) <br />Meeting Date: 04/09/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />Title: <br />EDA Organization: Elect Chairperson and Vice Chairperson <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Each year, the EDA appoints its officers at the April EDA meeting to ensure newly appointed EDA members have <br />the opportunity to be nominated and to vote for the new chair. Scott Wiyninger served as the Chairperson this <br />past year. Brittany Lindahl served as Vice Chairperson this past year. The term of the upcoming appointment <br />for the Chair, and Vice Chair, is April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027.
