[Reserved for Recording Data] <br />RELEASE OF RIGHT OF RE-ENTRY AGREEMENT <br />This Release of Right of Re -Entry (this "Release") is made as of April 14, 2026, by and <br />between BUNKER LAKE CROSSING LLC, a limited liability company under the laws of <br />Delaware (the "Developer") and the CITY OF RAMSEY, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the <br />"City"). <br />Recitals <br />A. BUNKER LAKE CROSSING LLC and the CITY OF RAMSEY are parties <br />to that certain Right of Re -Entry Agreement dated July 28, 2025 and <br />recorded with the Anoka County Registrar of Titles Office on August 5, <br />2025 as Doc. No. 626788.003 (the "Right of Re -Entry Agreement"). <br />B. BUNKER LAKE CROSSING LLC has satisfied all requirements of the <br />Right of Re -Entry Agreement, filed on real property legally described as: <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Bunker Lake Crossing <br />Located in Anoka County, Minnesota <br />the "Property" (as defined in Right of Re -Entry Agreement). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the Recitals, the City of Ramsey hereby fully <br />releases BUNKER LAKE CROSSING LLC and its successors or assigns and the City approves: <br />1 . Release of Right of Re -Entry Agreement. Right of Re -Entry Agreement filed as <br />Document Number 626788.003 in the Office of the Anoka County Registrar of Titles <br />Office is hereby terminated and fully released of record in all respects, effective <br />immediately. <br />
