3. 1. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: <br />04/14/2026 <br />Title: <br />New Board and Commission Member Ceremonial Oath of Office <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this presentation is to officially welcome and swear in new Board and Commission members, as <br />follows: <br />• Mr. Daniel Payne to the Environmental Policy Board, and <br />• Mr. Michael Allshouse and Mr. Layee Sanoe to the Planning Commission <br />The City also welcomes Ms. Cheryal Hills to the Economic Development Authority and Mr. Bradley Cochrane to <br />the Planning Commission.
