CC Work Session <br />Meeting Date: 04/14/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Not Applicable <br />Information <br />Title: <br />2026 Strategic Planning Session <br />2. 1. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Attached to the case is the draft 2026 Strategic Plan. This plan was prepared following discussion at the staff <br />level, for final review, feedback and direction by the City Council. The plan is meant to identify attainable and <br />measurable objectives to move Ramsey towards accomplishing or furthering the established goals within the <br />plan. This plan also recognizes previous year's accomplishments and recognizes key items identified during a <br />reflection activity on the city and our operations.
