CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION <br />This Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is dated as of this 24th day of March, 2026 and is by <br />and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the "CITY") and Timothy Earl <br />O'Shaughnessy and Corrin Marie O'Shaughnessy, husband and wife (the "PERMITTEES"). <br />Recitals <br />A. The PERMITTEES are the owners of land legally described as: <br />Lot, 1, Block 1, OSHAUGHNESSY ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />Outlot A, OSHAUGHNESSY SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />B. The PERMITTEES have received approval from the CITY to subdivide the Subject Property and <br />plat the same as OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION (the "Plat"), specifically: <br />Lots 1-4 (inclusive), Block 1, OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"). <br />Agreement <br />1. Recitals. Recitals incorporated. The recitals stated above are hereby incorporated into this <br />Agreement and are made part of this Agreement by reference. <br />2. Conditions of Approval. The CITY has approved the Final Plat subject to satisfaction of the <br />following conditions subsequent: <br />a. The PERMITTEES' Execution of this Agreement. That the PERNHTTEES enter into <br />this Agreement. <br />1 <br />
