CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />03/24/2026 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />7. 2. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #26-082 Amending Development Agreement for Northstar Truck & RV Parking <br />Purpose/Background: <br />On January 27, the City Council approved the development agreement and stormwater maintenance agreement <br />for the site improvements at 15861 Jarvis St. NW. Since then, the applicant has received updated cost estimates <br />on several components of the project. The amended development agreement reflects those new costs and the <br />resulting reduced surety amount.
