RECT J AN 2 9 2007 <br />1 111111I i l l l 11111 11111 1 1 1 1 1 11111 11111 1111 1111 <br />Record ID 1765601 <br />1990356.002 <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #03 -06 -135 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO CUL -DE -SAC <br />LENGTH IN THE PROPOSED PLAT OF TIGER MEADOWS AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br />WHEREAS, Monarch Homes (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from the <br />maximum cul -de -sac length prescribed in Section 9.50.30, Subd. 4(g) on the property generally <br />located east of Tiger Street and north of Armstrong Blvd. and legally described as follows: <br />That part of the south half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the north 330 feet thereof and lying <br />westerly of the east 855.78 feet thereof; <br />Except <br />The north 300 feet of the south 550 feet of the west 363 of said south half of the <br />Northwest Quarter; <br />Also Except <br />That part of said south half of the Northwest Quarter lying southwesterly of the <br />centerline of Armstrong Boulevard (Aka County Road No. 83). <br />Also Except <br />That part taken for road purposes subject to easements of record. <br />Or upon platting and recording: <br />Tiger Meadows, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 5, 2003, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum cul -de -sac <br />length requirements on the Subject Property. <br />
