Councilmember Stewart introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #26-083 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Timothy and Corrin O’Shaughnessy applied for Final Plat (major plat) <br />approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, OSHAUGHNESSY ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />Outlot A, OSHAUGHNESSY SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or after platting <br /> <br />Lots 1-4, Block 1, OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat on February 10, 2026, and <br />the final plat on March 10, 2026; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />1) That the Development Agreement for the plat of OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION <br />is approved and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign it. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peters, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
